Support Services Agreement

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer is entitled to access the support services as described on Provider’s support website located at http://support.thebigpos.com ("Support").

Weekend Maintenance Schedule

At MAT, we understand the importance of your business operations. To provide you with the best service possible, we have established a clear schedule for scheduled system maintenance and weekend maintenance:

Scheduled System Maintenance:

MAT will not perform scheduled system maintenance between Monday 6:00 AM Eastern Time and Friday 11:59 PM Eastern Time without prior notification to Customer.

Weekend Maintenance:

Weekend maintenance, if necessary, will be conducted between 11:00 PM Eastern Time and 6:00 AM Eastern Time, unless there is an emergency that requires immediate resolution of any service issues.

Note: We take service interruptions seriously and will make every effort to avoid disruptions during your peak business hours. Any deviations from this maintenance schedule will only occur in response to critical service issues that require immediate attention.
